In just a minute you are going to see exactly how anyone—even a complete newbie—can create an automatic income niche site. I am having too much fun working with my mentoring students and writing stuff on FullTiltBlogging.com to update FullTiltMarriage.com, a niche site I never really “finished.” I am working on four books and I am producing a new video for my mentoring students each week and I just don’t have the time or energy to put into the site.

Don’t get me wrong, you’re still getting a complete site that’s already making money, it just needs someone to give it some tweaks.

It won’t take much to tweak, but it will pay off big dividends for you.

Google Page Rank helps Google determine how important your sites pages are in relation to other pages in the same market niche. A PR 3 shows the site’s main page and several internal pages are relatively important in the market niche—approximately 64 times more important than a brand new page in the same market niche.

Incoming Links:

1,049 incoming links (according to MarketLeap.com)

Incoming links help you with search engine positioning.

Content Value:

371 indexed content pages (according to MarketLeap.com) - $1,500.00

“How to Seduce Your Wife Tonight” Guide – 4,616 words - $1,154.00

This report can easily be made into a “ready to sell” eBook by adding a section with sex tips and tricks researched and added from the internet by a ghost writer. At that point it would be a “ready to sell” eBook in the $20 to $40 range.

“Why Your Husband is a Jerk (…and how to fix him)” Guide – 10,996 words - $2,749.00

This book is “ready to sell”, meaning you can create a sales page and begin selling this book in the $20 to $40 range.

WordPress is already installed and the site is tied to Aweber list management.

Traffic Value:

Over the last three months the site has generated 7,824 visits. All of this was free traffic, with the bulk coming from search engines and referring sites (click on the thumb below to see full sized stat from Google Analytics.)

According to this appraisal service, the value of traffic to a website can be estimated by using the price of pay-per-click ads.

Google Adwords clicks average $ .34 (low) to $ .45 (high)

87 average visits per day, 31,730 visits per year.

Low: 31,730 x $ .34 = $ 10,788.20 annual traffic value

High: 31,730 x $ .45 = $ 14,278.50 annual traffic value

Income:

Affiliate Income - $97.12 last 90 days

However, since I have basically ignored the site and don’t have the time to work on it to get it where it is producing a solid $1,500.00 to $2,000.00 a month, I am going to sell it for a fraction of its value for only $ 4,000.00.

Other Goodies:

Many bloggers often wonder some of the best niche marketing strategies are. That can be somewhat of a challenge to answer as your strategies can vary on the niche you are marketing. Here are some simple and universal thoughts that will help and guide with you through your ventures in niche marketing. These are general strategies that will help you overall. More or less, just some common sense things that I think many people including myself tend to neglect. These strategies all work very well for me with making money using Market Leverage. So here goes:

Branding: So many blogs that I find are spreading the products or things that they are trying to sell way too thin. I can visit just many niche blogs that are marketing many products and it gets overwhelming. Many months ago, I stated that new niche sites that are trying to market products and services should really pick just a few and roll with them. Even though these products aren’t your own, you should act as if they were. The product that you’re marketing is your brand, in essence you become an extension of the product your support and promote.

Timing: In the world of niche marketing and developing strategies, timing is everything. I focus on seasonal niche marketing. I have quite a few blogs that take full advantage of the deals market and I promote heavily holiday based products. Most profitable for me have been Black Friday, CyberModay and The Day After Christmas.

Awareness of Demand: Another reason why I work in the seasonal niche market is because I know in advanced when spikes in business will occur. People don’t shop for Christmas items in July and these same people don’t buy fireworks in October. I am always aware of supply and demand.

Effective Marketing: You need a channel to promote your business, product or service. I use WordPress primarily. Why? Because WordPress is a glorified web based version of FrontPage. It is well designed and produces web pages that are of very high quality in code. WordPress is very search engine friendly and with a few minor tweaks and modifications, a WordPress blog opens up a huge pipeline with many of the major search engine web crawlers. Effective marketing means everything in your niche marketing strategies. I also use online video syndication services such as YouTube, AOL Video, Revver, MySpace Video, etc. to promote my niche blog. Additionally, I use Digg, StumbleUpon, Sphinn and Propeller to thrust out mass awareness of anything I am trying to flood and promote into the blogosphere and Internet.

Micro Management / Bean Counter: Give me a blog with 100 daily visits and I’ll produce a golden brick. I am very particular with things and I micro manage my traffic. When I get a visitors to my blog(s) I act as if they are physical people entering into my brick and mortar storefront. I closely control where my visitors go and what they see. My job is making sure their actions on my sites create revenue in my pocket or converts into regular readers. I closely control my outgoing links and provide very useful information.

In other words what he is going to show how to do is what is known as lead blogging and I know for a fact that no other blogger is actually doing this or showing you how to do this with make money with blogs this way.

A big problem you will have with Getting RSS and newsletter subscribers is that many of your newsletter subscribers don’t confirm their subscription which leads to problems.

Aaron gives away an excellent script that you can put to use immediately to ensure that your subscribers are confirming their subscription so you can make sure you message is reaching everyone on your list.

Put this strategy to work and you’ll increase not only the number of subscribers but the number of confirmed subscribers as well!

• Provide a password for a protected post on your blog

request public on your blog
• Create an “affiliates only” feed so non-affiliates can’t “listen in.”
• Offer a daily download with a different link each day to increase
daily readership

• Create a cartoon or video that can only be viewed by subscribers
• Allow premium content for paying subscribers
• Offer ads in the RSS feed that don’t appear on your site
• Create a list of affiliate links at the base of your feed (or, if you’re
slick, in the midst of your articles)
