AdSense referral program pay out policy
The way their AdSense referral program worked In the past was, you received $100 if a publisher you introduced to AdSense referral program earned $100 in ad revenues. Now it can take a while for publishers to figure out how To start making money with Adsense, And as a result a lot of referrers were left waiting a long time for their payouts — and OR not getting paid Period

With their new system though, you get paid $5 right away for every sign-up… and an additional $250 when the publisher you refers earns $100.
That’s BIG NEWS!!. It’s big enough for you to give those referral spots on your page another look. That’s especially true if you’re creating content aimed in any way at other publishers. So if you write about Web design or programming or blogging, then placing a referral button now should be a no-brainer. Sign up just four publishers a month — and help them to improve their AdSense earnings — and you’d increase your AdSense revenues by over a thousand bucks a month.
You want to make sure that the place you put your AdSense referral button doesn’t bring down your AdSense earnings by more than the amount you’ll earn from the referrals. But if you can pick the right places on the right pages, that little change from Google could make a big change to your AdSense revenues.
