What is Adsense Arbitrage? an example and article

Theres been lots of buzz in the adsense niches about Adsense arbitrage so I thought I might go look for an example of it and give a brief explanation followed by an article snippet from a well known marketer who makes a living off of adsense arbitrage.

This afternoon I thought I’d go over to msn and do a broad search for the term Adsense Arbitrage, I figured someone would be bold enough to by an msn ad and drive traffic to a page with google adsense on it and I was right.

You can see where I indicate with the red arrows where all the adsense ads and I think a yahoo ads are.
What this webmaster is doing is Buying advertising cheaply on MSN then driving traffic to a site with google adsense on it in hopes of converting the clicks at a higher rate.
This is what google adsense arbitrage is.
